Find your flow on the wave of life.

Hi, I'm Chelsea.

I'm a yoga and meditation teacher, frequent wanderer and soulful writer who chooses to live out of a suitcase the majority of the year.

I love the ocean and believe saltwater is the cure for anything.

I thrive off early morning wake up calls and doing the unexpected, in an effort to make every moment and day count.

I guide people through the experience of yoga and meditation and anyone seeking to move their mindfulness journey forward.

I work with beginners to help introduce balance and flexibility into their life on a personalized, one-on-one basis.

I travel to teach private yoga, corporate yoga (on-site for companies/businesses), and group yoga for those special events and occasions.

I write organic content for yoga studios and brands that share my core values, align with my active lifestyle and who are seeking an authentic voice to spread their message within the influencer space. I also curate content and collaborate with brands who are looking to connect with the yoga and mindfulness community, which is how SaltwaterSheSaid first came to light.

Whoever you are and wherever you're from, I invite you to a space where positive energy and intention flows. Where last minute paddle outs and big leaps of faith are celebrated. Where far out travel destinations and one-way tickets are always encouraged. Call it a blog, a website, a community, an online space. Whatever "this" experience is for you, know that I honour you, exactly where you are; as you are.  And appreciate your willingness to be a part of this crazy journey.

Aloha, Namaste, & Welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

Start your mindfulness journey.

Let's start from the beginning, together.

I help my students and clients build a solid foundation and develop mindful living practices by teaching them ways to use yoga, meditation, and creative expression as a gateway to a more balanced and fulfilling life. By developing these foundational techniques, one can learn to tune into the mind, body and soul and quiet the mind enough to allow their intuition steer them on a path towards greatness.

Intentional Living.

It started with grit, a girl and a mind of her own.

After attending college in the Rocky Mountains and dabbling in the corporate broadcast industry for a couple years, I was left to choose between a life of security or a life of serenity. I was flowing but I was unfulfilled. I wanted to feel more, do more, and give more to others. I craved a career and lifestyle that was sustainable but also provided memories; not just zeros on a pay check. I wanted to be able to get on my mat everyday and teach others how to tune in and develop more mindful ways of living and experiencing the world. They say do what you love and let it kill you. So I left everything I had ever known or owned, and ran where my soul pointed. It wasn't easy but let me tell you it felt so. damn. good.

A like-minded community.

As members of the SaltwaterSheSaid Tribe, we are here to share, create, support, communicate, celebrate and inspire each other to live healthier, longer, more fun lives. We create a path for the curious, not faint of heart, our kind. We share many of the same struggles and triumphs and create a collective space to share and speak openly about them. We are a product of a new wave of living. A new way of thinking. A new wave.
